From time to time it is necessary for us to shut the water off to fix water
leaks. We work hard to keep these shut downs to a minimum.
When we turn the water back on we do our very best to turn it on slowly, so not to stir up Iron & manganese
(minerals naturally found in surface water).
When Iron & manganese is stirred up, it makes the water look like weak to strong tea. It has been determined that the water is safe for human consumption. If you notice this effect DO NOT WASH your cloths, and if you happen to wash clothing, DO NOT add bleach as this will permanently stain your clothing. Wait for the water to clear back up and wash them again.
